Let’s Begin

You’re in the right place

Together, let’s explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. We’ll look for patterns that may be causing distress, and make changes in those areas. Let’s process experiences from your past to help you live more fully in the present. Let’s improve your capacity for dealing with difficult thoughts and emotions so you’re no longer consumed by them. Let’s heal your relationship with yourself so you can build more meaningful connections with others.

Quote by Brené Brown: “We don’t have to do it all alone. We were never meant to.” If you’re looking for Texas online counseling, Eden provides teletherapy for anxiety, trauma, depression, self-confidence, family or relationship issues, and more.

I understand therapy is an investment, and I reserve a limited number of reduced fee (“sliding scale”) spots for clients with a financial need. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me and inquire about my sliding scale availability if this is something you need.

I do not currently accept insurance so clients pay privately to meet with me. However, if your insurance plan has out-of-network benefits, I can provide you with a monthly receipt (often called "superbills" by insurance providers) for you to submit to your insurance to get reimbursement for therapy. I know insurance stuff can be confusing, and I’m happy to explain more about how this works on a free intro call.

Using Your Out-of-Network Insurance Benefits

Although I do not currently accept insurance, you may still have substantial benefits! Many insurance plans offer out-of-network coverage that can reimburse you for 50-80% of my fees.

Here's how it works: You pay me directly at the time of service, and I provide you with a detailed "superbill" that you submit to your insurance for reimbursement. It's like getting a receipt that your insurance company recognizes and pays you back for.
