Yes, I offer both in-person and virtual/telehealth sessions–based on your personal preference and schedule.
At this time, my in-office availability is limited to Tuesdays and Wednesdays only. Virtual sessions are offered on all other weekdays and are held via a secure HIPAA-compliant video platform.

My office is located in central Austin at 6850 Austin Center Blvd, Austin, TX 78731. Free parking is available onsite. Once you schedule your first in-person session, I’ll share the building and suite number with you and more detailed instructions for parking and finding my office.

I typically meet with clients on a weekly basis to maintain. In the early stages of therapy, meeting weekly is highly recommended, as it allows us to prioritize relationship-building and create a strong foundation for the work we’ll do together. Consistency is also important for the deeper, long-term healing that many of my clients come to therapy seeking.
As time progresses, we may eventually adjust our meeting frequency depending on your needs, goals, or progress in therapy.

You can find my current session fees, payment options, and other important information about the cost of therapy on my Fees & Information page.

I accept all major credit and debit cards, including HSA and FSA cards. I do not accept cash or checks at this time. Payment is due at the time of service.

I do not accept insurance and am considered an out-of-network provider. However, if your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits (many PPO plans do!), I can provide you with documentation to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Depending on their plan, I’ve had clients get reimbursed anywhere from 40-80% of the cost of their session fees.
I know insurance stuff can be confusing so I’ve tried to make this process as easy to navigate as possible! You can visit my Out-of-Network Benefits page for step-by-step information on checking your benefits and using them for therapy. And if you still have questions about how it works, please reach out.

The first step is to schedule a free, 15–20 minute phone consultation with me. We’ll spend a short time connecting, talk briefly about what’s bringing you to therapy and how I might be able to support you, and see if we’re a good fit. If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule your first session from there and I’ll send you a few forms to complete beforehand.

I ask that you provide more than 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and when a session is cancelled on short notice, I’m often unable to offer that time to another client. Like many small businesses in Austin, maintaining a private practice comes with significant overhead, regardless of whether a reserved appointment is used. For this reason, cancellations or rescheduling requests made 24 hours or less before the start of your appointment are charged the full session fee.
You’ll receive more detailed information about my cancellation policy before your first session.

I primarily work with adults (18+) and occasionally see older teens ages 16+. Because I don’t currently offer after-school or evening appointments, my availability for teens can be more limited. When needed, I’m happy to provide documentation for school or work confirming attendance at therapy appointments.
I provide individual and couples/relationship therapy, and my specialties include: trauma, anxiety/panic, burnout, people-pleasing, relationships, life transitions, self-worth, and depression.

There isn’t a set timeline for therapy, and how long we work together will depend on what brings you in, your goals, and what we discover along the way. The kind of therapy I offer tends to be more depth-oriented rather than short-term or solution-focused. Many of the concerns I treat–like anxiety, trauma, people-pleasing, or relationship patterns or issues–develop over time, and working through them can take time, too.
